Job Responsibility:
Welcoming guests in a warm, professional, and brand-aligned manner
Managing check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Providing detailed information about the resort, its facilities, services, and experiences
Attending to guest requests, preferences, and special requirements, coordinating with relevant departments as needed
Handling room reservations, modifications, and cancellations using internal systems
Managing payments, billing, and account closures in line with established procedures
Addressing guest concerns and complaints with empathy, discretion, and a solution-oriented mindset
Actively promoting hotel services and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
Maintaining a pristine, organized, and welcoming front desk area that reflects luxury standards
Ensuring compliance with confidentiality, safety, and data protection policies at all times
Requirements:
A natural passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction
Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service, ideally within a luxury environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural team
Fluency in Spanish and English
