Job Responsibility:

  • Provide warm and welcoming guest service
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members
  • Resolve guest issues quickly and effectively
  • Manage multiple tasks including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing
  • Use hotel management software to handle guest accounts and reservations
  • Maintain organization and smooth operation of the front desk
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel management software
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations gracefully
  • Experience in hotel or related hospitality field preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel management software
