You will be at the center of the hotel's universe-the front office. We need someone to be the face at our front desk. Are you happy, outgoing and wear a perma-smile? Do you want to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests by sharing your knowledge of the area? Then this could be the job for you. In addition to generally spreading joy, you’ll be making sure all guests receive excellent service from check-in to check-out. A lot goes into creating a perfect hotel stay, and you’ll play a huge role in this. We are looking to you to OWN the front desk area.

Requirements:
High School diploma (or equivalent)
preferably three to six months of related experience
must be a people-person
interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner at all times
fulfill requests (even challenging ones) in a timely manner
work well under pressure
able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
able to stand/sit, carry/lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend/twist, climb stairs
