Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. Job Responsibility:

Giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out
Building memorable and unique guest experiences
Delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Sharing highlights of the local area

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
