Job Responsibility:

  • Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth, personalized check-in and check-out experience
  • Managing room assignments, keys, and guest information accurately in the property management system
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Providing detailed information about the resort’s facilities, services, dining options, and local attractions
  • Coordinating closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations, and other departments to ensure seamless stays
  • Processing payments, deposits, and billing inquiries in line with company standards
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell room upgrades, services, and experiences that enhance the guest journey
  • Managing special requests and preferences to ensure personalized and memorable stays
  • Resolving guest complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences
  • Upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and ensuring service excellence at all times

Requirements:

  • A warm, confident, and service-oriented personality with a natural passion for hospitality
  • Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, or customer-facing roles within hospitality is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player who values shared success
  • Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English
  • A valid work permit for Spain
