Job Responsibility:
Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth, personalized check-in and check-out experience
Managing room assignments, keys, and guest information accurately in the property management system
Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Providing detailed information about the resort’s facilities, services, dining options, and local attractions
Coordinating closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations, and other departments to ensure seamless stays
Processing payments, deposits, and billing inquiries in line with company standards
Identifying opportunities to upsell room upgrades, services, and experiences that enhance the guest journey
Managing special requests and preferences to ensure personalized and memorable stays
Resolving guest complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences
Upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and ensuring service excellence at all times
Requirements:
A warm, confident, and service-oriented personality with a natural passion for hospitality
Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, or customer-facing roles within hospitality is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative team player who values shared success
Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English
A valid work permit for Spain
