Job Description:

The Guest Experience Specialist role ensures a memorable and unique experience for guests by addressing their needs and contributing to a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role includes standing, moving, and handling tasks that enhance the experience of guests.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
processing operational needs
addressing guest requests
completing reports
delivering quality meals
sharing highlights of the local area
creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
ensuring professional uniform, appearance, and communications

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
protecting company assets
upholding quality standards
ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
