The Front Desk Agent is an essential member of the Front Office team, responsible for delivering a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience. As the first point of contact, this role upholds the Four Seasons commitment to intuitive luxury service, handling guest interactions with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Front Desk Agents respond to a wide range of guest requests, ensuring every detail of their stay is anticipated and personalized.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and check guests in and out with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, operating hours, key personnel, in‑house events, local attractions, and directions
Respond promptly and accurately to guest requests, accommodating special needs whenever possible
Manage guest profiles and preferences, adding personal recommendations and touches in line with Four Seasons standards
Handle guest complaints courteously, ensuring effective service recovery when needed
Work with Opera for check‑in, check‑out, postings, and internal communication
Maintain accurate financial transactions, including posting charges, processing payments, and balancing assigned bank if required
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Rooms Control, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Support safety and security by reporting unusual incidents and responding to emergencies following hotel standards
Uphold Four Seasons grooming, etiquette, and Forbes‑level service expectations throughout the shift
Requirements:
Previous Front Desk or guest service experience preferred
luxury hospitality experience is an advantage
A genuine passion for hospitality, with a natural desire to create memorable moments and elevate every guest interaction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and polished demeanor
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
Comfortable using hotel systems and handling administrative tasks
Strong attention to detail and guest‑centric mindset
Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
Fluency in English and Italian
