As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for acting as the representative of the Arizona Biltmore to all guests, ensuring that the highest standards of service are upheld and guest expectations are met throughout the check-in and check-out process.
Job Responsibility:
Register guests and assign rooms, accommodate special requests whenever possible
Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary
Handle the recognition, retrieval, verbal confirmation, credit and closing steps of the check-in / checkout process according to department standards
Stay up-to-date on room rates, packages, help promote special packages, discounts
Know all room rates
Develop a working knowledge of PBX, Concierge and Reservations
Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the Front Desk area
Handle guest inquiries ensuring high quality service standards and guest satisfaction
Ensure that the Front Desk checklist is completed each shift including required report attachments
Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others
Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency, and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency
