The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
Job Responsibility:
Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, professional first impression
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Fluency in English and Italian or German
