As the first point of contact for guests and residence owners, the Front Desk Agent delivers exceptional service throughout the arrival, stay, and departure experience. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist guests and residence owners with warmth and professionalism
Manage check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and special requests
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and emergencies with discretion and care
Support concierge services and promote hotel offerings through upselling
Maintain accurate records and process financial transactions securely
Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless service
Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures
Requirements:
1+ year of front desk or customer service experience preferred
Proficient in English
clear verbal and written communication
Familiarity with Opera or similar hotel management systems
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to stay composed under pressure
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle multiple tasks
Computer experience needed, preferably with Opera
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Scottsdale and surrounding areas is a plus
