Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Ensure a safe workplace and follow company policies
Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
Uphold quality standards and communications professionalism
Stay on feet and perform physical tasks (lifting, carrying, etc. up to 10 pounds)
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
