Join our AAA Five Diamond property in Central Florida! We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our dynamic front office team. You will deliver an enjoyable and positive experience for guests from arrival through their departure. In this role, you will also oversee parts of their stay and ensure that each experience is unique and unforgettable.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and register resort guests
Explain accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment
Check guests out of resort, prepare and explain bill
Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Prior experience working in Front Desk or Front Office
Possess strong communication skill
Adaptive to constant change within the resort
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States
