As a Front Desk Agent, you are responsible for providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to each guest, creating magic moments throughout the guest’s stay, creating memorable first impressions, providing information about the resort and local area, and offer a full range of hotel amenities and services to our guests. You are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests in accordance with our service values.
Job Responsibility:
Checking in guests quickly, accurately and effectively with the highest level of guest service
Suggesting activities for guests so they can make the most of their stay
Being compassionate toward guest concerns and working with other departments to correct issues that arise
