As a Front Desk Agent, you are responsible for providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to each guest, creating magic moments throughout the guest’s stay, creating memorable first impressions, providing information about the resort and local area, and offer a full range of hotel amenities and services to our guests. You are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests in accordance with our service values.
