Are you highly organized, detail-driven, and energized by a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same? We are partnering with a well-established, woman-owned manufacturing company to find a Front Desk Administrative Coordinator who will serve as the face of the company while also playing a critical behind-the-scenes role in quoting and production support. This is more than a traditional front desk role — it’s an opportunity to be a key operational partner to both customers and the production team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the company’s main phone line with professionalism and warmth
  • Transfer calls and frequently page team members throughout the facility
  • Greet and assist customers picking up orders or coordinating shipments
  • Handle a high volume of front desk traffic with efficiency and poise
  • Perform scanning, filing, and administrative support tasks
  • Enter detailed, specification-heavy quotes into the system with extreme accuracy
  • Carefully review lengthy quotes to ensure precise measurements, materials, and requirements are correct
  • Once quotes are approved, compile comprehensive production packets for the shop team
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and organized so production can move forward seamlessly
  • Provide backup support to Accounts Receivable (billing) when needed
  • Work within two systems: ERP and Peachtree
