Job Responsibility

Customer Greeting: Warmly welcome every customer, answer menu questions, and assist customers with orders or special requests
Customer Experience: Provide attentive, friendly service so every customer leaves with a lasting, positive impression
Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee and beverages following Breka’s recipes and quality standards
Food and Pastry Service: Serve and package pastries with care for quality and presentation, and heat and serve food items according to store procedures
Product Display Restocking: Restock and organize the showcases to keep them clean, full, and visually appealing
Supply Organization: Receive deliveries and properly organize store supplies in designated storage area
Order Processing and POS: Handle in-store and online orders and process payments accurately using the POS system
Store Cleanliness: Maintain clean customer seating areas and workspaces, including cleaning washrooms, removing garbage, washing dishes, and performing general cleaning duties as needed
