Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Counter / Sales Associate for a well-established company in the electrical supply industry. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone with prior experience in sales or the electrical industry who thrives in a blue-collar, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Provide product information and support sales of electrical materials and related items
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
  • Support inventory tasks including receiving, stocking, and tracking products
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse and sales teams to fulfill customer needs
  • Perform basic data entry and utilize company systems for order processing
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or counter experience (electrical supply industry a plus)
  • Familiarity with warehouse or inventory procedures
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
  • Dependable, punctual, and motivated to grow within the company
