Job Description

Fresh Food Preparation Chef at Chilled Pubs central production hub. Duties include food safety compliance, quality checks, station work (dessert, meat, pizza), and supporting deliveries. No previous kitchen experience required but beneficial. Must have own transport and be able to start early mornings.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure compliance processes for food safety are always followed
  • Check fresh produce deliveries and remove items not meeting quality criteria
  • Work at an assigned station (dessert, raw meat, pizza) for prep and packaging
  • Support the Hub team with deliveries, offloading, and loading vans for pub drops
  • Support the wider team with food prep in other sections

Requirements

  • No previous experience in the kitchen is essential however it would be very beneficial
  • Somebody who enjoys working with structure and processes
  • Somebody who shares our passion for Chilled Pubs and is genuinely excited to be part of our team
  • This role will require an early morning start - and will require you to have your own transport
