French Teacher

• Teach French to UKS2 pupils and iGCSE classes, ensuring high academic standards
• Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and effective lessons aligned with curriculum expectations
• Assess, record, and report on student progress in line with school policies
• Contribute to curriculum development within the Modern Foreign Languages department
• Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to support students’ pastoral and academic development
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or international equivalent)
• Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching French to UKS2 and/or iGCSE level
• Previous experience in an international or bilingual school setting is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners
• A commitment to safeguarding, student wellbeing, and high standards of professional practice
• Flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community
