Job Responsibility:
Plan and teach interactive French lessons, focusing on Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing
Guide Year 11 students through their final GCSE assessments, with a focus on improving confidence in oral exams
Use authentic resources to make the language relevant and exciting
Provide constructive feedback and use assessments to identify and support students who need extra help
Maintain high standards of behavior and classroom management, fostering an inclusive environment
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Degree in French or a related field
High-level proficiency in French, with excellent grammar and pronunciation
Proven track record of teaching the French curriculum at KS3 and KS4
Adaptability to join a new department and build immediate rapport
Current Enhanced Child DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
