Our client is developing a European-wide charging network for electric vehicles, aimed at facilitating long-distance travel across the continent. This initiative is a collaborative venture involving various automotive manufacturers to expand the network. In this customer support role, you will handle requests related to EV batteries and charging stations, ensuring users experience seamless and reliable service across the network.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with internal and external clients to provide high-level support for client using the services of charging network for electric vehicles
Conduct end-to-end investigations for relevant cases
Contribute to the creation, improvement, and documentation of daily work processes to enhance overall efficiency
Guide new clients through digital onboarding
Build trust and security for customer requests related to mobile apps and digital payments
Assist in the testing of new payment services provided through mobile apps and create supportive materials (FAQs) for end-users
Requirements:
Native or near-native level of French language
Fluency in English
PC literacy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work 24/7 to ensure continuous support
