We seek a Recruitment Coordinator fluent in French to support our recruiters and Hiring Manager with interview scheduling and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process, including onboarding. This role is based in Budapest, Hungary, operating in a hybrid model with one day per week in the office and four days remote. Individuals residing within a two-hour radius of Budapest have the option to be in the office twice a month.
Job Responsibility:
Arranging/scheduling interviews between hiring managers and the candidates, ensuring all parties are informed of the interview details
Assisting travel arrangements and travel cost reimbursement processes
Assisting the onboarding process for new hires (job posting, paperwork, admin tasks)
Utilizing our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Working closely with the hiring managers and recruiters
Having a good, fast, and high quality level of communication with the candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiters
Helping and guiding managers to manage their time/schedule for the interviews
Requirements:
Fluency in both in French (B2) and English (both spoken and written)
Experience in HR or/and recruitment and hospitality would be a plus not mandatory
Confident and comfortable to handle last minute cases
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and team members
A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
