Job Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end process from sourcing and screening talent to offer management and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring professional communication and a smooth journey for all applicants.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in alignment with company policies and legal standards.
  • Maintain the recruitment database (ATS) and track key metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
  • Proactively suggest and implement ways to enhance the recruitment workflow and quality of hires.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an HR Shared Service or internal recruitment environment.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding preparation.
  • Fluent French and English
  • Experience in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and certificates, ensuring full legal compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills.
