As a Customer Service Representative with Foundever®, you’ll provide exceptional customer support for our clients. Primarily supporting one of our gift card provider clients by helping customers with their balance enquiries by telephone in the French language; you may also support other clients as required. With our comprehensive training behind you, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism, empathy and efficiency, always aiming for first-contact resolution and an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre
Fluent in both French and English (oral, listening, and written/reading)
Understanding, empathetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience every time
Impeccable oral and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen to customers
