We are seeking a motivated and personable French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple communication channels, acting as a trusted advisor while supporting and enhancing the brand's reputation for a new luxurious automotive brand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and wants to grow within a supportive, professional environment. Full training is provided.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver a high quality experience to customers
Develop an exceptional understanding of a rand of vehicles and services so you can provide the ultimate service to every customer, ensuring their experience goes "beyond the car"
Handle all customer interactions in a prompt professional manner through a variety of communication channels
Engage with customers to gain a full personal understanding of their requirements in line with quality standards
Build professional relationships with a network of dealers
Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data
Identify any service related issue, incidents or trends and highlight and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements:
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Experience in a high end customer service environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work across multiple channels and adapt to changing priorities
Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
Flexibility in hours of work/shift patterns
Nice to have:
Experience of working in a customer contact centre environment would be an advantage
