• Communicate with our private customers by phone and email, taking responsibility for checking and following up on their files
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide optimal solutions
• Go the extra mile to engage customers

• Very good written and spoken French language skills
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a friendly and professional approach
• Previous experience in customer service, administration or related area
• Interest in the automotive sector will be a plus
