Our partner, a global automotive company with a strong European presence, is looking for a new Coordinator to join its Marketing & Sales & Finance team in Budapest. The team supports multiple European markets and plays a key role in campaign administration and business operations. The successful candidate will become part of a close-knit team of four professionals led by a Supervisor. Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support for European sales campaigns
Coordinate with internal Sales and Marketing teams in France
Manage campaign-related activities and maintain information in internal systems
Handle inquiries, claims and issue resolution while ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders (mainly written communication)
Support internal customers and business partners across different functions
Approve and coordinate campaign-related payments and processes
Build effective relationships with stakeholders through mainly email-based communication
Monitor and analyze data to ensure accurate campaign execution
Requirements
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
Minimum B2 level French language skills, mainly used in written communication
1-2 years of SSC experience (internship experience counts as well)
Strong Excel skills
Detail-oriented and organized mindset
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a structured and process-driven environment
Open, communicative personality with strong collaboration skills
