Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and client-centric French speaker to join a newly established Credit Management Services center in Greece.

Job Responsibility:

operating via telephone/chat/email to support French speaking customers located mostly in Switzerland
establish positive engagement with the customers, build relationships and demonstrate fair treatment
conduct affordability assessments
set up reasonable repayment plans
provide guidance to customers on the availability of free money advice
maintain system notes

Requirements:

native or near-native level in French or Swiss French
adequacy in English
good knowledge of German will be highly appreciated
PC literacy
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
service oriented and problem solving mindset
patience and calmness in all situations
ability to work both independently as well as a member of a team

Nice to have:

good knowledge of German
