Job Responsibility:

  • Providing high-quality onboarding to our national and international clients
  • Share your BrightAnalytics expertise with the client and provide the necessary training and support
  • Act as a trusted advisor
  • you propose the most suitable solutions and take their reporting to the next level
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of the onboarding process (including training materials)
  • Driving tool adoption among clients
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure the overall satisfaction of your client portfolio
  • Proactively contact clients to better understand and fulfill their needs and expectations
  • Provide reactive support, striving to assist clients as quickly as possible with questions regarding the structure of their financial reporting
  • Acting as the bridge to Business Analysts (Technical Aspect)
  • Stay hands-on 'in the field' by actively participating in the setup of financial and operational reporting environments for clients
  • Establish connections with accounting software and monitor the daily transfer of data
  • Translate client needs into new product features and communicate these effectively to the IT team

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in an economic or financial field
  • A keen interest in the world of Fintech: including Finance, data, SQL, and queries
  • Solid foundational knowledge of accounting: concepts like balance sheets and P&L statements are second nature to you
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (C2 level), both verbal and written, with the ability to operate at a professional/near-native level in both
  • Eager to explore new technologies and continuously learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills
