Our client, a major player in the financial services industry, is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Developer to join its software engineering group. The organization provides its development teams with a vast ecosystem of tools aimed at optimizing productivity and security. As artificial intelligence transforms how solutions are designed and deployed, an incubation team is currently exploring these new capabilities. Your mission will be to take ownership of the artificial intelligence prototypes generated by this incubation cell, mature them, and industrialize them into reliable, operational solutions for all developers across the enterprise. This is a long-term contract ending on March 31, 2027. The position is 100% remote.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work alongside the incubation cell to understand, analyze, and prioritize technological innovations for deployment
  • Transform and industrialize technological prototypes to meet the reliability, security, and performance standards required for large-scale production
  • Design and deliver advanced features aimed at enhancing the overall developer experience
  • Seamlessly integrate new tools into continuous deployment pipelines and programming environments
  • Develop application solutions that comply with established architecture standards in software engineering, information security, and data management
  • Ensure the creation and continuous updating of technical documentation governing secure deployment processes
  • Maintain a rigorous technology watch to promote the evolution of frameworks and cutting-edge services within the organization

Requirements:

  • Versatile technical profile with over 8 years of experience in information technology
  • Minimum of 5 years in a related area of expertise
  • Concrete experience integrating artificial intelligence capabilities to improve the software development lifecycle
  • Mastery of the Azure cloud ecosystem and Microsoft development environments
  • Advanced use of source code management and continuous integration platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of modern programming languages and environments including .NET, SQL, and REST architecture
  • Excellent ability to industrialize innovative features in complex and highly regulated environments under Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
  • Strong skills in communication, technical popularization, and teamwork
  • Imperative mastery of spoken and written French

Nice to have:

  • Practical knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, infrastructure as code such as Terraform and Ansible Automation Platform, as well as event-driven messaging platforms like Kafka
  • Familiarity with quality assurance and artifact management tools such as SonarCloud, Artifactory, Git, GitOps, xUnit, SpecFlow, and Postman
  • English considered an asset
