Job Description:

Are you fluent in French? Are you interested in working as a French-speaking After Sales Specialist representing a globally recognised provider of high-quality automotive products and services? As a French-speaking After Sales Specialist, you will provide product onboarding training and coaching to prospective and current customers of a well-known car brand.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out product training sessions for the customers and support with the onboarding process
Manage customers' requests & ensure an utmost customer satisfaction
Resolve customer inquiries via phone,email or chat
Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/tools
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open & interactive communication

Requirements:

High adaptability in dynamic working environments
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Client-centric mindset
Advanced English skills
PC literacy
EU work permit
An exceptional level in the French language
