Job Description:

Lead a dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment for a global business. This is a 12-18 months fixed term contract with immediate start or 4 weeks notice period.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and mentor a team of talented customer service agents
Oversee daily operations and ensure team meets performance targets
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Implement training programmes to enhance team skills
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
Proven experience in a customer service role
Experience in a supervisory or leadership position
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
