Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented French Content Specialist to join the Experience Content Team in Dublin, Ireland. As a French Content Specialist, you will play a key role in creating and localising content that inspires and excites our customers in French-speaking markets. Your primary responsibilities will include producing engaging content for new experiences, creating impactful email campaigns, and improving communication across our booking platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, Product Owners, designers, CRM, and tech, to execute a dynamic content strategy. The role also involves working with content automation tools and actively supporting efforts to enhance content operations processes. This is an evolving role, perfect for someone who thrives in an agile environment, embraces change with enthusiasm, and values collaboration.

Job Responsibility

  • Write, localise, and edit engaging content for new experiences
  • Develop inspiring, on-brand email content to drive engagement and conversions
  • Localise and optimise beneficiary platform communication
  • Select and approve high-quality images that showcase the essence of experiences
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Content Managers, eCommerce, and CRM
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content operations
  • Leverage content automation tools to streamline workflows
  • Provide recommendations and support for enhancing operational efficiencies in content management

Requirements

  • Exceptional French writing skills to a native standard
  • Proficiency in English
  • At least 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in online or eCommerce environments
  • Familiarity with content automation tools and platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools
  • Creative mindset with a strong ability to transform concepts into engaging content
