Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in administrative support, patient assistance, healthcare coordination, and reimbursement processes within the pharmaceutical industry. These roles are essential in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring smooth reimbursement procedures, and delivering comprehensive support to individuals navigating healthcare programs.

Job Responsibility:

Process and manage patient copay assistance programs, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups
Oversee the insurance verification and reimbursement process for patients, ensuring claims are accurately submitted and processed in a timely manner
Provide ongoing support to patients, ensuring they have the resources and information they need throughout their healthcare journey
Assist patients with healthcare-related inquiries and act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
Manage patient cases from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the patient’s care and insurance needs are met

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or patient support role
Knowledge of insurance coding, billing, and reimbursement processes
Familiarity with case management and patient support software
Bilingual in English and French
