Job Responsibility

Handle export and import air freight shipments, ensuring smooth end-to-end coordination and timely movement of goods
Arrange shipment collections, pickups, and delivery orders
Prepare and manage all shipment documentation, including bookings, scheduling, and cutting Air Waybills
Coordinate customs clearance procedures as required
Work closely with the sales team on business opportunities and shipment requirements
Provide customer service support, including responding to customer inquiries and ensuring timely updates
Communicate with carriers, overseas agents, and customers via phone and email
Ensure accurate shipment data entry into company systems and submission to government agencies as required
Track and monitor shipment milestones to ensure timely departure and delivery
Verify shipment documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and other required paperwork

Execute import and export shipments from initial quote to final delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods
Handle both LTL and FTL shipments, including hazardous materials following all required regulations
Arrange for the collection of Delivery Orders (DOs) and Bills of Lading (B/Ls)
Coordinate customs clearance procedures and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete
