Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and distribute commercial offers to clients based on their specific requirements
  • Follow up on pending offers to maintain strong client relationships and assist in closing process
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction & provide after sales support
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Manage incoming orders and coordinate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency
  • Complete reports, ensuring all client information and records are updated
  • Communicate with external partners and stakeholders for operations details and changes
  • Ensure communications are efficient and the process is recorded

Requirements

  • Academic background in the field of Logistics and/or Shipping
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Providing coverage for team members that are away
