Job Description

As a Freight Forwarder Export Air, you will be responsible for organizing your own shipments and coordinating the entire transport process from A to Z.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily customer service and maintain close contact with clients regarding air export shipments
  • Create and manage shipments in your own TMS system
  • Provide instructions to the customs team for the preparation of customs documentation
  • Communicate daily within the DSV network for shipment pre-alerts and quotations
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and high-quality data management
  • Apply DSV compliance standards (security, embargo countries, carriers, and goods)

Requirements

  • First experience with Freight Forwarding (Air Freight)
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • Quick learner when it comes to new IT systems
