Job Description

High-velocity growth freight brokerage firm seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Sales Account Manager. The core business is exploding due to growing sales and market expansion. You will drive new business, manage and close accounts, and build your own book of business while helping scale operations around you. Job Responsibility

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business through high-volume outreach
  • Build and manage your own book of business within freight brokerage
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure successful execution
  • Gradually build and support a team around your accounts as volume increases
  • Own the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, discovery, closing, and account management

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience OR relevant experience in freight/logistics brokerage
  • Strong prospecting mindset with comfort in cold calling and high outbound activity
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and driven by performance-based earnings
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in trucking, freight brokerage, or logistics with emphasis on flatbed trucking
  • Existing book of business (5–10+ customers is a plus)
