As a global company, we have offices in nine countries and can insert advertisements around the world. FreeWheel Buyer Cloud (formerly Beeswax), FreeWheel’s DSP technology, is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow a book of existing strategic accounts. In this role, you will develop trusted relationships with decision makers and C-Suite executives, acting as a strategic advisor on topics related to FreeWheel Buyer Cloud and broader industry trends. Your customers will include leading advertising technology companies and agencies that have built their platforms on top of FreeWheel Buyer Cloud, utilizing our advanced APIs, logs, and other technical tools.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and grow a book of FreeWheel Buyer Cloud’s largest and most technical customers and agency clients
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers’ senior decision makers, including C-suite
  • Deeply understand your customers’ businesses including revenue streams, key people, strategy, and roadmaps
  • Utilize your deep understanding of digital advertising to provide guidance, recommendations, and insights to customers’ leadership teams
  • Become a product expert on the Buyer Cloud platform and demonstrate expertise of programmatic software
  • Deliver compelling business reviews, product pitches, and educational sessions
  • Utilize cross-company relationships and product knowledge to identify opportunities and develop solutions for customer challenges
  • Negotiate renewals, upsells, and other legal amendments with customers

Requirements

  • 2-5years in digital advertising in a customer facing role with a primary focus on real-time bidding technologies
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex customers utilizing sales acumen, product expertise, and relationship building skills
  • Experience developing trusted relationships with C-Suite decision makers
  • Deep understanding of real-time bidding mechanics, standards, and protocols
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising partner ecosystem, including data, measurement, optimization, and identity
  • Experience navigating complex commercial negotiations
  • Hands on experience in leading DSP or SSP platforms and knowledgeable about strengths and weaknesses
  • Experience with Salesforce, SQL, Looker, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
