The role requires true expertise in the evolving global wellness landscape, with a strong grasp of emerging practices, products, technologies, and business models. The ideal candidate bridges deep category expertise and strategic clarity, translating complex wellness ecosystems into actionable insights that inform brand, experience, and business strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a subject matter expert across traditional and more cutting-edge wellness models
  • Understanding of global trends, with APAC a strong plus
  • Conduct deep research into brands, products, services, and experiences
  • Organize complex landscapes into clear frameworks and categories
  • Distill brands’ positioning, offerings, and differentiators
  • Translate research into prioritized, decision-ready insights
  • Serve as a bridge between research and creative strategy
  • Identify whitespace and inform concept development
  • Contribute to defining holistic wellness experiences (services, spaces, programs)
  • Understand operational realities and business models behind wellness offerings
  • Align concepts with commercial viability and brand positioning
