Job Description

This role will focus on updating and modernizing existing website content, refining messaging across business units, and developing new page copy as needed. The ideal candidate is a mid-level writer with experience translating complex corporate information into clear, engaging digital content.

Job Responsibility

  • Rewrite and refresh existing corporate website copy to improve clarity, tone, and engagement
  • Update messaging across multiple business segments and business-unit pages
  • Draft and refine content for new website pages and sections
  • Ensure all content aligns with established brand voice and business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input and incorporate feedback
  • Support content reorganization as part of a broader website redesign and migration

Requirements

  • Mid-level writing experience, with a focus on corporate or business communications
  • Background in corporate communications, annual reports, investor relations materials, sustainability reporting, or similar content
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex information into concise, digestible web copy
  • Experience supporting website redesign or content refresh projects preferred
  • Industry experience in utilities, energy, infrastructure, or regulated industries highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative design tools is a plus
