Job Description:

We're looking for a versatile Videographer to capture the 'heart and hustle' of a major national confectionery campaign! You'll bridge the gap between industrial precision and human storytelling by filming mesmerizing, high-speed B-roll of our iconic seasonal shapes and conducting interviews with employees. From the rhythmic hum of the production line to the legacy of the longest-tenured team member, your content will drive our brand's story across internal and global social channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Shoot video footage of client's manufacturing site and employee testimonials to be used across employee-focused campaigns, social media content, executive thought leadership communications, etc
  • Set up and operate professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear as required
  • Capture high-quality footage from different angles and perspectives that can be used to tell impactful stories
  • Ensure proper framing, composition, and camera movements during shoots
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications team to fully understand the creative brief and execute accordingly

Requirements:

  • Professional Portfolio/Reel: Demonstrated experience in both industrial/product videography and human-interest interviews
  • Equipment: You must provide your own professional gear
  • Logistics: Ability to travel to Stuarts Draft, VA
  • Flexibility: While we are targeting the week of May 4th, the exact date is subject to manufacturing schedules. We need a partner who can stay in close communication as the date firms up
