You’ll go through a light vetting process so you’re ready to plug into projects with global brands when opportunities open. We keep our roster selective and focus on building long-term creative partnerships. This is not a one-off gig. It’s an opportunity to join a vetted pool of trusted freelance partners supporting enterprise-level creative and product work.

  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and high design quality

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design across web, product, SaaS, or digital marketing environments

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and usability best practices
  • Ability to turn briefs and business goals into intuitive user experiences
  • Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional creative teams
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, remote environments

Nice to have

  • Experience designing content creation tools, native editing experiences, or scalable platform interfaces is strongly preferred
  • Interest in AI tools and how they can enhance UX/UI workflows is a plus

What we offer

  • Collaborate with Superside’s AI Consulting team on exciting, high-impact projects
  • Work with enterprise brands who are serious about AI transformation
  • Get early access to project-based opportunities in creative automation
