Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Trainer to deliver training on GTE Corporation’s DN2TC38007 system and Core Fixed Switching modules. The trainer will help participants understand network core switching architecture, configuration, and operational best practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct training sessions on Core Fixed Switching systems and DN2TC38007 modules
  • Prepare and customize training materials, manuals, and practical exercises
  • Demonstrate real-world network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Assess participants’ understanding with hands-on exercises and quizzes
  • Provide guidance on backbone network operations, signal routing, and fixed switching logic
  • Keep updated with industry standards and latest telecom technologies

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Salesforce Fusion or related CRM platforms
  • Strong knowledge of telecom core networks, fixed switching systems, and DN2TC38007 modules
  • Practical experience in network backbone and signal switching operations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for trainees
  • Familiarity with virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams, Webex)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or IT
  • Certifications in telecom/network systems preferred
