Job Responsibility:
Develop original and engaging creative concepts and territories specifically for social media campaigns in the Italian market
Focus on the art direction and conceptualisation space, ensuring all ideas are culturally relevant and aligned with the brand and local market trends
Collaborate with the Account and Strategy teams to transform initial concepts into fully realised campaign ideas and presentations
Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries for maximum impact
Requirements:
Proven ability to generate innovative, big-picture creative ideas and narrative territories for campaigns
Deep understanding of current and emerging social media platforms, formats, and best practices
Native Italian with a strong understanding of Italian culture, consumer behaviour, and marketing landscape
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepting and art direction for major brands, preferably in the automotive or lifestyle sectors
Eagerness to work as part of a dynamic, remote team and effectively receive and implement feedback
