As a Freelance Recruiter, you'll join a supportive and dynamic recruitment team, where your main focus will be identifying and hiring candidates for consultancy positions within Sopra Steria, deployed at leading organizations in Belgium. You'll work across the full recruitment cycle and closely collaborate with our recruitment team, HR Business Partners, and client-facing teams.
Job Responsibility:
You will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process within the Consulting Next Business Line. Focus will be on a combination of Business and Data&AI profiles (business analysts, project managers, Data Scientists,...)
The recruitment process includes: publication of vacancies, CV screening, 1st interview, feedback to candidates, assessments, contract negotiations and onboarding
Sourcing proactively through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, job fairs, and networking
Presenting clear and detailed candidate reports, tailored to meet our clients' consultancy needs
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in IT or tech recruitment
You're naturally structured, curious, and enjoy digging deeper into CVs and interviews
You're comfortable speaking with a wide variety of profiles, often with technical backgrounds
Fluent in Dutch and English (French is an extra asset)
You’re flexible and able to work from our office in Diegem
You have a general interest in IT or technological innovation
You have prior experience with an ATS systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors,...), Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter
