Job Description:

We are looking for a Freelance Production Operations Support for a top company out of their Fairfield, NJ office!

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute accurate, efficient data entry and ongoing maintenance across WFX (PLM), NAV ERP, and Microsoft Excel, ensuring systems remain the single source of truth
  • Create, manage, and maintain purchase orders, transfer orders, bills of materials (BOMs), specifications, and launch documentation in accordance with defined SLAs and timelines
  • Support product launch execution by coordinating collection readiness, completing system uploads, and assisting with sales tool setup and proofing
  • Ensure all required launch components are entered, tracked, and available on time to support Design, Marketing, and Sales needs
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Production to align material documentation, purchase orders, and transfers with production and delivery timelines
  • Support receiving, allocation, and material movement activities within NAV ERP as needed
  • Participate in ERP User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing assigned test cases, documenting results, identifying issues, and flagging process gaps to support system readiness
  • Maintain clear, organized, and up?to?date documentation to enable reliable downstream use, reduce rework, and support knowledge continuity
  • Support smooth handoffs and continuity during coverage periods and system transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to perform efficient and accurate data entry
  • Proficiency with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (e.g., WFX), NAV ERP, and Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain timeline discipline
  • Highly organized with consistent, well-documented work practices
