Job Responsibility

Manage and process vendor invoices.
Manage wrap process for shoots, including: Reviewing and submitting expenses/invoices
Collecting inventories and hard drives
Completing any outstanding tasks related to the shoot
Assist with setting up and wrapping crew payroll.
Liaise between freelance production teams and Netflix.
Assist with booking crew and renting equipment as needed.
Assist with managing, processing, and wrapping petty cash.
Assist with setting meetings with internal and external partners
Support budget tracking by reviewing and allocating expenses to appropriate cross-functional cost centers.
