Job Responsibility

Partner with Design and Fabric teams to track fabric, trim, and wash development, owning the approval process
Monitor weekly factory production and approval status reports
help assess and flag delivery risks
Communicate daily with internal and external partners on style development, production, and delivery timelines
Manage sample tracking and ensure adherence to the TNA calendar for on-time delivery
Send PDM packages to vendors and track shipment and delivery
Maintain accurate costing records and organized style information
Own the end-to-end purchase order process in collaboration with Merchants and MOS
Partner with leadership on garment costing, production planning, sourcing, and delivery timelines
Interpret data, identify issues, and communicate proactively with relevant stakeholders
