9+ years of relevant enterprise design experience
Interest in psychology and behavioral science
Mastery of concepting, audience/user research, and visual storytelling
Ability to work closely with creative lead, internal stakeholders, and clients
Creative thinking to produce new ideas and concepts
Understanding and translating client brand guidelines
Detail-oriented and pixel-perfect work
Ability to guide and develop junior team members
Managing freelance illustrators, videographers, and photographers
Collaboration with colleagues across the business

Job Responsibility

Develop and maintain evergreen promotional materials

Create campaign concepts and identities, digital advertising creative, microsites, videos and motion graphics, printed materials and swag, creative guerilla and social tactics, presentation and session designs, sales and client-facing collateral

Requirements

Have an interest in psychology and behavioral science, particularly in how to influence and persuade via communications and design
Demonstrate mastery of concepting, audience/user research, and visual storytelling
Work closely with the creative lead, internal stakeholders and clients to brainstorm and produce engaging content and designs
Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for creative communication campaigns
Understand and translate client brand guidelines into various creative deliverables
Work from ideation through iteration to final product while communicating your process and design rationale throughout
Provide detail-oriented and pixel-perfect work, ensuring projects are appropriately managed and delivered on time

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in a creative production, studio coordination or content production role, ideally within fashion/retail
Experience coordinating photoshoots from pre-production to post-production
Strong understanding of asset delivery workflows, retouching processes and file management
Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Creative, Digital and Buying
Exposure to managing external suppliers including photographers, videographers and freelancers
Confidence tracking budgets, reconciling costs and keeping production spend on track
Strong planning, scheduling and workflow management capability
Excellent communication skills with a clear, direct and collaborative approach
A calm, adaptable mindset and the ability to problem-solve quickly under pressure
Commercial awareness and the ability to balance creative outcomes with timeframes and budgets

Job Responsibility

Lead the end-to-end coordination of photoshoots across pre-production, shoot execution and post-production
Build and manage shoot schedules, call sheets and production timelines
Oversee on-set operations to ensure shoots run efficiently and to plan
Coordinate all production elements including talent, crew, locations, props and equipment
Manage post-production workflows including retouching, editing, approvals and final asset delivery
Ensure imagery and motion assets are delivered on time, correctly formatted and aligned to channel needs
Coordinate external partners including photographers, videographers, freelancers and suppliers
Manage shoot budgets, track costs, reconcile expenses and support accurate invoice processing
